Brenneriveien party sells out, shuts down – review and gallery

The good guys at the studio collective, Brenneriveien, held a party in aid of themselves and their endeavor to be become even more arty. The Scanner Party – named as such because first on the studio’s shopping list is a brand new shiny scanner – invited the public to check out and buy from a collection of limited prints that each of the 9 members of the studio had created.

It was a successful evening all round with a huge turn out — and I think even suddenly, if not a little drastically, getting shut down by the authorities makes any night one to be proud of. But rather than me writing some hyped-up stories of how everyone had a blast, Richard Ashton took some photos, and I asked my fellow B-buddies to offer a few bizarre quotes based on the things they over-heard and experienced on the night.
